Refund policy

Returning Goods

You may return the goods received without giving any reason within two weeks by sending the goods back.

To return an order, please use our returns portal.

For returns, return fees of €5.90 apply for customers within Germany and €7.90 per return for Austria. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

For returns outside of Germany and Austria, return fees of €8.90 per return apply.

The period begins on the day after you receive the goods and this return policy, but not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to § 312c (2) BGB in conjunction with § 1 (1), (2) and (4) BGB-InfoV, and our obligations pursuant to § 312e (1) sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV. Only for goods that cannot be shipped by parcel (e.g., bulky items) may you also declare the return by submitting a pickup request in text form, e.g., by letter, fax, or email. Timely dispatch of the goods or of the pickup request is sufficient to meet the deadline. In all cases, the return is at our cost and risk.
