Shipping policy

 

Deliveries within Germany

Shipping within Germany is handled by UPS and takes on average 2–3 business days.
Shipping is free for orders of €100 or more.
For orders under €100, shipping costs €4.90.

In most cases, the goods are ready for dispatch on the day after the order is placed. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made within one to four business days to the delivery address specified by the purchaser. Please note that Saturday deliveries are not offered within Germany.

Deliveries abroad

Shipping to Austria costs €7.90 per order and usually takes 3–5 business days.
Shipping to Austria is free for orders of €100 or more.

Shipping to Norway costs €15.00 per order and usually takes 3–5 business days.
Shipping to Norway is free for orders of €200 or more.

Shipping to all other countries (except Germany, Austria, and Norway) costs €8.90 per order and usually takes 3–7 business days.
International shipping is free for orders of €100 or more.

For shipments outside the EU to countries subject to customs duties, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. Please note that we cover the insurance of the goods as well as any costs for accompanying documentation. Item prices do not include customs duties. Please note that, for each country, all import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees will be invoiced separately by UPS. If you have questions about the taxes and fees applicable in your country, please contact our Customer Care team by email at support@vanessabaroni.com. Please note that any foreign bank charges are your responsibility. Customs duties, import VAT, and UPS handling fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a return.

Payment

All prices shown in the shop are consumer prices in euros, including the applicable VAT, and refer to the item described. The prices valid at the time of order apply. All payments and credits are processed exclusively in euros.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card

  • PayPal

  • PayPal Express

  • Sofortüberweisung (Instant bank transfer)

  • Invoice (via Klarna)

  • Apple Pay

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once payment has been successfully received, your order will be processed within the delivery period specified in § 6 (General Terms and Conditions).
Note: Refunds from returns will be transferred back to your bank account.

Returning goods

You may return the goods received without stating reasons within two weeks by sending the goods back.

For returns within Germany and Austria, a return fee of €5 per return applies and will be deducted from the refund amount.

For returns from countries other than Germany and Austria, a return fee of €8 per return applies.

The period begins on the day after you receive the goods and this return policy, but not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to § 312c (2) BGB in conjunction with § 1 (1), (2) and (4) of the BGB-InfoV, and our obligations pursuant to § 312e (1) sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV. Only for goods that cannot be sent by parcel (e.g., bulky items) may you also declare the return by submitting a request for pickup in text form, e.g., by letter, fax, or email. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the goods or the pickup request in time. In all cases, the return is at our cost and risk.
