Domestic deliveries (Germany)
Shipping within Germany is done with UPS and takes on average 2 to 3 business days.
From a minimum order value of 100€ the shipping is free of charge.
Under the order value of 100€ theshipping 3,90€.
In most cases, the goods are ready for shipment on the day following the order. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made within one to four business days to the delivery address provided by the customer. Please note that within Germany there are no Saturday deliveries.
Shipping to Austria costs5,90€ per orderand usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
From one minimum order value of 100€, shipping to Austria is free of charge.
To all other countries except Germany and Austria shipping costs7,90€ per orderand usually takes 3 to 7 business days.
From one minimum order value of 100€, international shipping is free of charge.
The delivery time for shipments outside the EU to countries subject to customs duties is 4 to 7 business days based on experience. Please note that we bear the insurance of the goods, as well as any costs for accompanying documents. Item prices are quoted without customs duties. Please note that for each country individually all import taxes, customs duties as well as handling fees will be charged separately by UPS. If you have any questions regarding the amount of applicable taxes and fees in your country, please contact our Customer Care Team via email:firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that any foreign bank charges are your responsibility. Customs fees, import sales tax and UPS handling fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a return.

All prices stated in the store are end user prices in Euro including the applicable VAT and refer to the described article. The prices at the time of the order are valid. All payments as well as credit notes are processed exclusively in EURO.

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. After successful receipt of payment, your order will be processed within the delivery period specified under § 6 (General Terms and Conditions).
Note: Credit notes from returns will be transferred back to your bank account.
Return of the goods
You can return the received goods without giving any reason within two weeks by returning the goods.
For returns, the customer within Germany and for Austria return fees of 5€ per return incurred. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
For returns outside Germany and Austria, return shipping fees of 8€ per return will be charged.
The period begins on the day after you have received the goods and this return policy, but not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to § 312c para. 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 para. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-Info and our obligations pursuant to § 312e para. 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV. Only in the case of goods that cannot be sent by parcel post (e.g. bulky goods) can you also declare the return by requesting the return in text form, e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or the return request in time. In any case, the return is at our expense and risk.
