You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of your contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

3. important notes

3.1 The goods offered on vanessabaroni.com are presented on the website in the form of digital photographs of the real existing goods. Minor deviations between representation and reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered goods.
3.2 We would like to point out that the products presented on vanessabaroni.com may no longer be available or available for purchase at the time of the customer's visit to the Internet site and that the corresponding prices may have changed. The prices indicated are presented in euros inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.

6 Delivery, shipping and costs

1. the dispatch takes place exclusively with UPS. The transport risk is borne by vanessabaroni.com. Internationally we ship to over 50 countries.

2. the goods are ready for shipment no later than the day following your order. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made within one to four business days to the delivery address provided by the customer. Please note that within Germany there are no Saturday deliveries.

3. Shipments outside the EU the delivery time to countries subject to customs duties is based on experience two to four working days. Please note that we bear the insurance of the goods, as well as any costs for accompanying documents. Item prices are quoted without customs duties. Please note that for each country individually all import taxes, customs duties as well as handling fees will be charged separately by UPS. If you have any questions regarding the amount of applicable taxes and fees in your country, please contact our Customer Care Team via email: info@vanessabaroni.com. Please note that any foreign bank charges are your responsibility. Customs fees, import sales tax and UPS handling fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a return.

All prices stated in the store are end consumer prices in Euro including the applicable VAT and refer to the described article. The prices at the time of the order are valid. Payment can be made in advance (bank transfer). All payments as well as credit notes will be processed exclusively in EURO. After placing the order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. After successful transfer to our bank account, your order will be processed within the delivery period specified under § 6.
Note: Credit notes from returns will be transferred back to your bank account.

The delivered goods remain the property of vanessabaroni.com until full payment has been received.
